Many toys available today perform one function and do little to encourage children to actually play imaginatively; just push the button and watch the lights flash and listen to the sirens blare. The Fairy Ring is a circle of local toy makers, all lovingly making toys by hand, and we pride ourselves on the quality of our toys. All of our toys are made using the same tools and techniques that have been used by toy-makers for centuries Nothing at the Fairy Ring is made overseas or in a factory. We control the quality simply by making each toy by hand.

Here at the Fairy Ring we take our environmental responsibilities very seriously. Locally made toys are by their very nature environmentally friendly (as they don't spend weeks on ships chugging across the seas) but we also take extra care to minimise our impact to the environment.
