Dubbed in the USA - the technique that works - The Actor's Pulse is an acting school specialising in The Meisner Technique, which is an organic step-by-step approach to acting.
The acting classes are based on genuine first-hand and up-to-date knowledge of Sanford Meisner and his latest work. Designed to give beginning, intermediate and advanced acting students a solid base from which to work, the unique approach of our acting course combines the techniques used for stage acting with the special considerations needed for film and television work. With a strong and basic foundation, an actor can confidently approach any material.
Our students and graduates have gone on to work nationally and internationally in theatre, film and television productions and most recently have been nominated and won AFI awards.
Classes run continuously throughout the year in 10 week blocks and the following courses are an addition to the Meisner classes:
-Screen acting
-Voice
-Movement
-Screen-test audition techniques
-Commercial audition techniques
