Welcome to Teen Anxiety Coach dedicated to assisting today's youth to effectively overcome anxiety and depression with natural self-help techniques that often work where nothing else will.
Harrison Jason, the Founder of Teen Anxiety Coaching, at the age of 19 found himself living with anxiety. Out of necessity, he began looking for the answers to gain emotional relief. Years later, after first freeing himself, and helping other 'hopeless cases' to gain relief, he is inspired to share these little known techniques and principles with all those young adults in need.
