But, we will appear in any Court, no matter how petty the matter (eg Traffic Offence) to the most serious of matters; eg Appeals to the High Court (including civil, criminal and adminsistartive).
We are also commercial lawyers and act in all kinds of transactions; domestic conveyancing through to company takeovers worth millions. We have over the last 23 years acted for clients in the construction industry, IT industry, Motor traders, shipping and transport, agriculture, manufacturing, finance, importing and wholesaling, restaurant and hospitality; Liquor retail and wholesale; in fact just about any form of enterprise you can think off. And our clients keep coming back; which must mean something.
We have acted in Defamation (including Appeals to the High Court); Equity and Joint ventures (including Appeals to the High Court); partnership and company law, sale and purchase of Real Estate and business cases; Probate and Wills, disputed Wills and Family Provisions Act; Landlord and Tenant cases; criminal law from minor traffic to serious charges; adminsitrative Law including Immigration; we have even injuncted deportations when the plane was taxiying to take off. We also practice in Family Law and Insolvency; in fact there are very few categories of legal dispute and problem solving that we have not done.
We are not cheap; you get what you pay for. We are reasonable and even very competitive for the level of service we are prepared to give.
Our friendly staff speak various langauges including English (ofcourse), Korean, Arabic, Spanish and Polish.
