The eagerly awaited arrival of Minus 5, a chilly vodka ice lounge built entirely out of ice and preserved at arctic temperatures, has taken Sydney by storm.
A truly unique experience, Minus5 has been capturing the world's attention since first opening in 2002 in Auckland, and secondly in Queenstown in 2004. Minus5 Sydney overlooks the Sydney Harbour Bridge and is located in the heart of the Circular Quay dining precinct. Minus5 is kept at a chilly minus 5 degrees year round and entry to the ice lounge allows guests to freely explore and touch the amazing sculptures once inside. There is a cost for Admission, this includes our ice gear, 30minutes and our minus5 signature cocktail.
