Preventative Health Assessments/Wellness Clinic
Dr Trani took over EHC in Oct 2000, when Dr Johnston retired after 22 years of performing Executive Health Checks. Now after a change in name (formerly called SAN Centre for Health) and a successful relocation to the Sydney Adventist Hospitals General Practice Centre - Fox Vally Medical Centre, Dr Trani and his Cardiac Nurse-Trish, perform the best personalised EHCs on Monday & Thursdays every 2 hours from 8am. All tests (incl blood tests) are performed in the one visit, blood taken upon arrival by Trish, which is immediately taken up to the Hospitals laboratory for testing, the results back with doctor in 90 minutes!! for full discussion after all other tests & examinations are completed. It is the most organised and friendly health assessment found in Sydney, with one 2 hour visit required. Doctor will refer you to any specialist if needed ie if the assessment reveals problems needing prompt attention. Doctor's preference is to refer you back (with letter and phone call) to your own GP/doctor if you have one, but if you have no relationship, then referral to a specialist direct is indicated. Doctor can then act as your point of central contact.
Call them on 9487 9700, he is usually fully booked up 4-6 weeks in advance, but occasionally late cancellations do occur. He has a website www.ehc.org.au and is happy to converse/discuss issues with you on the phone or via email. Dr Trani will be around doing your health checks for many many years.
