Eden Brae commenced operations in September 2000 to fill a void in the building industry. From its inception Eden Braes offering was different to that of other builders in three key areas:
1. To offer a boutique home building experience for first-, second- and third-home buyers, as well as to a range of investors who wish to provide medium density housing solutions.
2. To deliver a product that exceeds market expectations without becoming uneconomical for the end purchaser.
3. Customer service and focus on customer satisfaction in all facets of its business operations.
These three pillars of our success, combined with our single-minded focus on customer service, integrated workflow and company value have delivered annual growth in each year of our existence. Eden Brae ranked 36 nationally in 2008/2009 and 6th in NSW in 2008/2009 based on annual starts (Source: HIA Housing 100, published October 2009). Eden Brae was also ranked 2nd in January 2010 for NSW (Source: Reed Construction Data) based on top building permit data supplied by councils.
Despite its growth, Eden Brae has continued to be a builder that offers a personalised and boutique service, building quality homes at exceptional prices. As a result the company has been defying current market trends and conditions, delivering continued year on year growth. Eden Brae currently employs over 90 full-time staff and an additional 500 contractors at any time.
Eden Braes customers are a cross section of 1st, 2nd and 3rd time house buyers. We provide our customers with contract homes, home & land packages, speculative homes and medium density residential projects in Sydney metropolitan area, NSW Central Coast and Hunter Newcastle regions.
