I offer counselling and psychotherapy for individuals and couples, including those in gay and lesbian relationships, and people in mature age relationships.
I am a qualified professional counsellor psychotherapist, and a clinical member of the Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association of NSW (CAPA), and a member of the International Association For Relational Psychoanalysis & Psychotherapy (IARPP) USA and a member of the association's Sydney Chapter.
Most of us experience difficulties at some stage in life that can affect our well-being, relationships or career. There are many times when counselling or psychotherapy can be supportive and helpful both during a crisis or in dealing with ongoing, unresolved, issues. My aim is to help people who are experiencing difficulties with personal and relationship issues, major life changes, depression, anxiety, stress management, loss and bereavement, self-esteem, substance misuse, sexuality, behavioral responses, self-awareness and self-authenticity.
Counselling or psychotherapy can help us discover and facilitate new responses to our problems and foster change.
