OUR PHILOSOPHY is to get to the root cause of the injury or health related issue - and involve the patient in the education of their condition and treatment plan to optimise results.
Established in 1998, City Clinic was one of Australia's first truly multidisciplinary centres combining supervised exercise (including a fully equipped Pilates Studio) with traditional and natural disciplines all under one roof.
OUR PRACTITIONERS AND HEALTH PROFESSIONALS work together to ensure the best possible course of action is taken, in the best interest of the patient. A treatment plan typically involves four distinct phases:
1. Diagnosis
2. Treatment
3. Strengthening and Conditioning
