I provide a mobile personal training service, covering predominantly the Lower North Shore of Sydney. Whether your goal is to improve your lifestyle, lose weight, reduce your stress levels, have more energy to play with your kids or just to get back in shape, I will tailor the most efficient, effective and enjoyably sessions to help you achieve the results you want.
Training sessions are mainly conducted outdoors, which will make you feel invigorated, refreshed and alive. They also provide most people with a change of environment in their day, from an air-conditioned office to the fresh air of the local parks and ovals. Sessions can also be at your home, work or the gymnasium in your apartment block, whatever works best for you.
I started personal training in 1997 and have trained hundreds of clients with varying levels of fitness, from beginners to professional athletes and performers. I have previously worked in a five star resort (Hayman Island, Queensland), large fitness centres and personal training studio.
